Garden Room, Celbridge
Here we took a blank canvas and built a bespoke family room consisting of a games room/man cave including a bar, bathroom and storage room.
The brief here from the client was to build a room where family events could be celebrated but also serve as a games room/cinema for all year round use for children and adults alike.
The build was constructed on an insulated concrete foundation and floor as opposed to timber floors for longevity and vermin proof, the build itself constructed of a timber frame construction complete with spray foam insulation and cutting edge warm deck roof, the sides and rear exterior of the building are constructed with maintenance free PVC tongue and groove, whilst the front has a very attractive cedar cladding which lends well to the rustic feeling.
Home Villas, Donnybrook
Here we restored a 1930’s mid-terrace house whilst preserving the exterior front of the house, the rest of the house was completely gutted and modernised, bringing the house to an A3 BER rating.
Monkstown Farm, Dublin
This was a dilapidated, decaying building in the heart of Monkstown farm, originally used as a betting office approximately 50 years ago.
The clients brief here was simple, they wanted to achieve a comfortable 2-bedrrom bungalow as maintenance free as possible for the rental market, here we completely gutted the interior and exterior which had completely decayed and overgrown over many years. We achieved an A3 BER rating.
This project, like most of our projects was delivered back to the client in turnkey condition, ready for furniture to be moved in.
Galtymore Road, Drimnagh
Bought by an overseas investor, this project was presented to us as a butchers/meat packing factory.
The brief here was to convert the existing building into 6 No. apartments and 2 No. commercial units in turnkey condition ready for the rental market.
Our team worked tirelessly to perform such a vigorous task, but the results now speak for themselves.
